SCHOOL TRANSPORT
School transport is provided to ensure safe and convenient travel for students. Parents are expected to cooperate by ensuring punctuality at pick-up and drop-off points. All students must follow bus rules and maintain discipline during travel. This service reflects the school’s commitment to safety, responsibility, and care.

Transport expenses shall be payable for 11 months of each session.

Transport for carrying children on specified routes may be available on
payment.

Change of route without permission will be a sufficient cause for
withdrawal of bus facility.

Students are not allowed to go to their friend's/relatives house from the
school.

Indiscipline behaviour in the school bus will render a student ineligible to
use the school transport in future.

For security reasons parents are advised to escort their children to the bus
stop both in the morning and afternoon.

Disciplinary action will be taken if a student is found using the school
transport without paying transport fee.

Bus captain must help to maintain discipline and report any untoward
incident to the transport Incharge the next day.

A written application by the parents has to made for any change of bus or
bus-stop. No telephonic calls are verbal communication will be
entertained in this regard. Acceding to the request is at the sole discretion
of the Principal.

Under no circumstance/s are the parents allowed to enter into an
argument with the driver/conductor or teacher traveling in the bus. Any
such instance will be a sufficient cause for the withdrawal of bus facility
besides inviting other disciplinary actions.

In case of striking off the name of the student for any reason, transport
facility will be withdrawn with immediate effect.

Once arrangement has been made for a student to use the school bus and
the same is not required at some later stage, three months notice must be
given, or in lieu thereof three months transport charges must be paid.
Those parents who give notice that the bus will not be required after a
certain period will not be allowed to use the school bus during the rest of
the session even if it is required again.

In case, the school transport is not available on a particular day due to
unavoidable circumstances, parents shall make their own arrangement to
drop pick up the children at their own cost.

For security reasons the parents must make it a point to drop and pick up
their ward from the bus-stop. In case, somebody else is deputed by the
parents to pick-up their ward the school authorities must know about it and
an authority letter with signature is on Card and photograph of the
guardian/escort must be sent along with the guardian. The school
authorities will in no way be held responsible if these norms are not
adhered to.
