EXAMINATION RULES



Examinations uphold discipline, honesty, and fairness, ensuring every child’s effort is valued equally. By following punctuality and integrity, students learn the importance of hard work and ethical conduct.


  • Promotion to the next class will be made on the basis of the terminal tests, half yearly examination & annual examination.
  • Leave during tests will not be granted.
  • In case of illness leave during tests can be granted, but the application should be sent along with a medical certificate.
  • If due to illness a child has not been able to take a test, his/her promotion will be based on the average of the tests in which he/she had, appeared.
  • Submission – Answer sheets must be submitted on time; late submissions will not be accepted.
  • Silence and Discipline – Maintain complete silence and follow the instructions of invigilators during the exam.
  • Honesty – Any form of unfair means or malpractice will lead to strict disciplinary action.
  • Preparedness – Carry all necessary stationery and admit cards; borrowing during the exam is not allowed.
  • Punctuality – Students must reach the examination hall on time and be seated before the exam begins.
  • No Electronic Devices – Mobile phones, smart watches, or any electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
  • Clean and Neat Work – Answer sheets should be written clearly and neatly; use of unfair markings or symbols is not allowed.
  • No Early Exit – Leaving the examination hall before the scheduled time is not permitted unless allowed by the invigilator.
  • Obey Instructions – Students must follow the directions of invigilators without argument or disturbance.
  • Fair Effort – Students must attempt all questions sincerely; copying or helping others is strictly forbidden.
